...I think that what we've been seeing in the expulsions, and...from talking to Rupert, I think they're not happening because people just want to straight up murder each other. [ he folds his arms; there's an undercurrent of something small and fierce and angry in his voice. ] I think they're being controlled.
I mean, we saw Dimitri break out of it, today. [ using his power, it looked like. ] But based on what Kon told us, and what we've seen so far, it's the only thing I think that makes sense.
