[ but hey, i'll throw you a bone--Waddles hears him and comes trotting out curiously to see who's making that noise. And, quietly from behind a tree further into the woods: ]

Waddles, no!

[ i'm crying this traitor pig.

there's a long pause as he watches waddles come trotting out, and hears that quiet voice...

and then squats down and offers his hand out to waddles to sniff. ] Hey, buddy. Have you seen Mabel-chan anywhere? You probably have. She's probably not feeling really good right now, huh. That's okay.

[ ... petting waddles' head a little because waddles is a good boy. ] Can you tell her her big brother's really worried about her? Pass that on for me.

[ Waddles tilts his head. Silly human, why don't you say that to her yourself? Here, he'll even lead you right back to her!

As Waddles leads him, Ichiro might be able to just see the edge of a yarn bundle shifting against a tree. ]

[ im crying. well he was gonna be subtle but waddles is basically tugging his arm at this point so he will make his way over. he stops next to the tree, and comes and squats down next to the yarn bundle, instead. ow.

if mabel is not totally wrapped in her sweater and gone, she'll see ichiro has a blanket in his arms, and his voice is very soft. ] ...There you are.

[ unfortunately she IS totally wrapped up in her sweater, all the way up to the very crown of her head. She can't see the blanket, but she can tell it's Ichiro.

The Mabel bundle shifts under the sweater. ]

[ oh this mable bundle. he moves around a bit to come in front of her. ]

Sit away from the tree a little bit?

[ slowly, her head peeks out juuuust enough to show the top of her eyes. Her eyebrows knit (HA, GET IT, CUZ OF HER SWEATER--) in confusion. ]
